Miles of Fun

Although we are miles apart, I thought we could do something together...Miles of Fun! It involves a 100 miles of walking/running/biking/swimming/kayaking (any exercise), healthy recipes and some not-so healthy rewards at milestones 25-50-75-and 100, and, pictures of life, love and inspiration! The fun begins July 1st and ends November 30th...that's only 5 miles a week, give or take. We'll do our last mile together wherever we are! Sooooo, are you in for the 100-mile challenge plus?!?

A Day on the Course

We spent a great day on the golf course, The Country Club of Florida, with our family friends from California.

Way to go Reily...Big day tomorrow!

The golf course was beautiful and it was fun to watch Reilly play. It was my first exercise out and it went well!
